once again however the good old british weather  resulted in the decition to

with losses encured in previous races we were pretty optemistic as to how
many will turn out to take on the final assult ,but once again where theres a
race theres the prospect of winning the prestigous position of 1st open

whilst the number of fanciers entering remained on par with previous weeks
the numbers in respect of entries were low with many fanciers picking out a few

with the number of entries liberated estimated to be around the five to six
hundred number expectations were high that some would get home to roost by night

well that sums up yet another old bird season within the wnfc and it was a
fine performance on clock checking to bring the cutain down  as nearly everyone
who had entered the race timed in on the night not bad considering the season

looking back over the weeks its been a bit of a roller coaster ride in
regards to altering basketing and liberation days at short notice to overcome
the weather conditions, the wind rain and thunderstorms have once again this year
dictated not so much where we go but when

,we have however  completed the advertised programme with a little bit of
switching and thought and completed the 450 miles , many thanks goes to our
